I’ve been a fan of  “The Real Housewives” since the Orange County premiere. It was something new, and fresh and quite honestly I’ve always been curious to see how other people live. What do you think of when you hear the word housewife?  My thoughts are an “UNEMPLOYED” stay at home mom that cooks, cleans, runs errands, you know…the soccer mom type.  Of course, the more income you have the fewer of these “housewife” like chores you’ll have to do because you can get other people to do it for you. There’s nothing wrong with that, but when I think of a “Real Housewife” that’s my initial thought.  If you have a job can you call yourself a housewife? Many of these women have careers, so I guess I’m just a wee bit confused.

Now that I’ve gotten that off of my chest let’s get to my review! The newest cast members are rolling, ya hear me…ROLLINg in the money honey! This show is more like lifestyles of the rich and famous if you ask me. Did you guys notice how everything and everyone looks really dreamy? I felt like I was watching  a soap opera or something.

Lisa reminds me of Cat from The Real Housewives of D.C. She’s not as brutal as Cat, but she says it like it is. Her and her husband both have a sense of humor and seem to be down to earth. Adrienne has it all! What’s up with Camille and her four nannies…two for each kid??! Taylor is very insecure and I hope she works on that. Kim…now she’s what I would call a  housewife right?? I think she’s just going through the motions right now and afraid of being alone that’s why she wants another baby. Kyle (a real housewife as well) is Kims sister. Doesn’t she remind you of Demi Moore?  Soo..there you have it. The first episode was more like a version of MTV Cribs as they all are and pretty much uneventful. Looks like the drama begins the next episode. Can’t wait!
